Over 50 percent of North Americans are now considered obese so how to burn fat fast ? It’s really time for people to learn how to burn fat fast off their bodies and how to keep that burnt fat off for good. People now a days are very confused when it comes to losing weight and burning fat fast.
We got pills, diets, supplements, exercise routines and even hypnosis. There is so many products out there on the market, its just way to confusing. Most of these products are absolutely junk straight up. Everyone wants the easy way out when it comes to losing fat and losing weight. The weight loss industry in North America is a multi million dollar industry, and it’s like that because people have become so confused and desperate when it comes to understanding weight loss. I’m glad I figured it out for myself. Before you read anymore let me first tell you that I’ve gone from being 370 pounds to a cool 175 and now I’m a personal trainer at my local gym.

What I find very scary part about obesity in today’s society is all the different diseases and illnesses out there. More and more people are dieing every year due to problems directly related to obesity. If you don’t take action nobody will do it for you. It makes me feel bad inside to see how poorly people are misled in society when it comes to knowledge regarding weight loss and fat burning techniques. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on high tech expensive equipment and diet plans and various weight loss products, and I never lost a pound.
If you are obese or unhappy with your weight and how you look in the mirror, you must do something about that. The reason why people are so obese in today’s society is a combination of eating crap food, and not eating properly. Also people are just too confused. Did you know that you don’t even have to exercise and you can lose weight and burn fat fast off your body. Eating certain types of foods can increase your metabolism. Eating at certain intervals through out the day can also increase your metabolism. Now when most people read something like what I just wrote they think that’s impossible, everyone thinks you gotta sweat and exercise to burn off fat fast. This is not true at all.
The truth of the matter is it is not hard to lose weight. Too many people first off have this misconception in their head, that it is hard to lose weight and burn fat off your body. Now I’m not saying that positive thinking or something will help you burn fat fast off your body. In fact positive thinking won’t burn a single pound of fat off your body.
These tips are guaranteed to work, and are not even that hard to implement into your daily routine. So stop thinking losing fat is hard, it’s easy, all you gotta do is take it one step at a time.
Here are some solid tips on how to burn fat fast off your body.
- Drink a lot a lot of water every day and through out your day. You must drink at least eight glasses of water. Try to drink 1 bottle of water right when you wake up. Drinking water right when you wake up is one of the most rapid ways to burn fat fast off your body. It also cleanses your digestive track, and pumps oxygen to your brain to help you get going.
- Don’t drink caffeine, no pop, no coffee, if you are going to drink caffeine then at least limit your intake to 1 drink per day. Also Pop is so bad for you I can not even tell you. It’s just 150 empty calories every drink, it literally does nothing good for your body. If you can replace every pop with a glass of water you can lose 5 pounds in just 2 months.
- Eat organic foods for breakfast like apples, bananas, plain yogurt, tomatoes, carrots, peppers, raw honey, wild smoked salmon, and so on.
- Keeping a track on the watch, go for an hour walk. It need not be power walking, but definitely it should be non-stop walk and that’s for sure, in a couple of days only, you’ll start finding the difference in you.
- Have your dinner about 4-5 hours before going off to sleep. Eating and sleeping is very bad for your body. Don’t do any late night snacking, even if you have a craving.
- Overall you must have a balanced diet, this does not mean starving yourself, in fact you need fat, to burn fat.
- Don’t depend upon fat burning diet supplements. They won’t go a long way in helping you sustain your reduced kilos.
- Sometimes boredom becomes a cause of overeating, so keeping yourself busy with some sort of hobby or activity is very important.
- If you want to seriously control your weight, then you have to stop yourself from getting lured into trying tempting foods.
- Watch what you eat, and don’t fill your stomach up, eat more meals in the day and never get that full stomach feeling, this will boost your metabolism.
- Eat slowly so that you can get a feeling that you have had enough food and your tummy is full. Eat slowly and fully relish the taste.
